I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, licensed in Texas and New York, as well as a Family Constellator and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, with over 13 years of experience.
My professional journey brings together therapeutic bodywork, skincare, holistic practices, energy work, ancestral wisdom, psychology, and business. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, with experience in corporate and public-sector environments, including employee wellness and workplace well-being. I am also currently completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Over the years, I have trained in and practiced various modalities, including massage therapy, Reiki, Family Constellations, Energy Activation, yoga, tantric and bioenergetic practices, healing circles, and ancestral ceremonies.
As a Continuing Education Instructor, I also offer classes and workshops for professional development, learning, and personal awareness.
I see wellness as a whole-person experience—body, mind, emotions, energy, and connection. My intention is to create welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and explore new ways of relating to their body, energy, and personal journey.
